The challenges available on the Application are user-generated, voluntary, and not endorsed, reviewed, or supervised by the App. The App does not warrant the safety, feasibility, or suitability of any challenge and does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice regarding any challenge.
You are solely responsible for assessing Your own physical, mental, and emotional ability to participate in any challenge. By participating in a challenge, You acknowledge that:
The App does not monitor or intervene in any challenges and shall not be responsible for any misconduct, unsafe actions, or third-party interactions that occur in connection with challenges. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the App from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses that may arise from Your participation in any challenge.
If You experience any discomfort, distress, or harm while participating in a challenge, You should discontinue the challenge immediately and seek appropriate professional assistance.
By continuing to use the Application, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer, releasing the App from any and all responsibility related to challenges conducted within the UChallengeMe platform.
By participating in any challenge, users voluntarily assume all risks and waive any and all claims against UChallengeMe, its affiliates, and partners for injuries, damages, or losses arising from their participation.
Users understand that challenges may involve physical activity, mental exertion, or exposure to unexpected conditions. By participating, users confirm they are in proper health and accept full responsibility for any consequences.
Users should consult a qualified medical professional before participating in any physically demanding challenge. The Company is not responsible for any health complications that arise from participation.
If the participant is under 18, they must obtain parental or legal guardian consent before participating in any challenge. The Company assumes no liability for minor participants who engage in challenges without proper supervision.
By accessing and using the UChallengeMe Application, You agree that all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the App's name, logo, branding, user interface, features, concepts, design, and functionality, remain the sole property of the App and its rightful owners.
You agree that you shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the App for commercial or personal gain. You further acknowledge that any unauthorized use, replication, or disclosure of the App’s features, design, or proprietary information is strictly prohibited.
Upon using the App, You are bound by this Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and agree not to develop, launch, or assist in the creation of any competing service, application, or software that mimics, replicates, or derives from UChallengeMe’s proprietary features.
Failure to adhere to this NDA may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages, injunctive relief, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
